Junto Space · Urban regeneration

Regenerated spaces, activated communities.

Junto Space regenerates disused or underused urban spaces and turns them into living hubs for innovation, entrepreneurship, culture, education and community.

Our vision

We regenerate places to create shared value.

Junto Space is the division of the ecosystem dedicated to urban regeneration and to developing spaces for innovation, culture and entrepreneurship. We don't just run venues: we design living ecosystems, connected to the territory and its energies.

We turn disused or underused buildings into innovation hubs through concrete projects of physical regeneration, social activation and economic development. Every space is a starting point for new startups, ideas, collaborations and cultural journeys.

Where there were urban voids, there are now spaces that generate connections.

Our story

The birth of the space.

The idea of creating a coworking space in Modena came after our experience in Silicon Valley with our startup Evensi, where working life was tied every day to the rhythm of coworking spaces. The struggle of setting up an office disappeared, while the chance of being inspired by new ideas grew exponentially: over coffee breaks, while networking or at one of the many events.

Over the years, a symbiotic community of software engineers and product designers formed inside it, giving rise to informal, direct gatherings inspired by the sharing of the workspace itself.

Modena played a key role: first in supporting Junto's founders during their experience in Silicon Valley, then by providing the spaces in which Junto was born. Modena as a hub of innovation is possible — through unity, interdisciplinarity and cross-pollination: the principles on which Junto was founded.

In 2024 Fabbriche Binarie was inaugurated, expanding Junto's commitment to urban innovation: a multifunctional space, next to Modena station, where coworking, education and networking merge into a dynamic and inclusive ecosystem.
