Relaia is a University of Bologna spin-off (a Benefit Company) building ethical, AI-supported digital tools for community intelligence and participatory decision-making in cities, public administrations and territories.
Its Relaia Insight platform provides “augmented sensemaking”: it turns the qualitative and quantitative data gathered in workshops and participation channels into interactive, navigable analysis instead of static, hand-made reports.
The technology is built on a proprietary framework — Systemic Relational Insights — that combines qualitative, quantitative and scientific data, feeding advanced dashboards and digital twins for city governance and territorial management, with attention to AI Act compliance.
